On this page, I have completed a costume and make up plan. The reason I have this on by blog is to show the progress and pre-production planning towards the final make up look that will be in the opening. The make-up is specifically a really important part of the opening therefore the plan will show the amount of work that was put into it. As for the costume plan, we only have two main characters. One character is a scientist therefore she will require a lab coat and potentially goggles to allow the meaning of the opening to be expressed. The other character doesn’t have a specific role so they don’t require a specific costume. For bigger productions, the costumes and makeup plans would still be massively important as they indicate meaning. 

 

From this task, I have learnt about the pre-production behind the makeup and costume and the importance of testing out products and doing trails to ensure everyone is happy with the choices.
